The summer of 2011 was a true celebration of diversity!
ITL’s Theatre Centre provided a creative retreat for three international workshops attended by theatre makers from across the globe. REinventing Action, Actor’s Identity and CU2morrow gathered participants from five continents. It’s been a great time of inspiring work in a supportive and nurturing environment in the beautiful setting of the Norwegian Alps; a joyful multicultural experience full of both passionate debates and a happy chatter in a minimum of three languages at any given time.

ITL would like to thank the members of our community for their generous contribution to the leisure activities organizing fishing and boating escapes, a guided tour of the day-to-day life on a Norwegian farm and a ‘tasty adventure’ into the secrets of the Norwegian culinary art.

The workshops will be organized as two-week retreats at the ITL’s Theatre Centre in Bjørke - a rustic heaven tucked away among mountains and fjords on the west coast of Norway.
ITL’s master instructors will join forces with invited guest instructors from different ends of the world to create an exciting learning experience that will strengthen your craft and leave unforgettable memories of a ‘birds of a feather’ fellowship with actors around the globe.
