Terms and Conditions

1. All fees must be paid in advance, at latest 7 days before the workshop starts.

2. Insurance for workshop participants is not included in the workshop fee; nor does ITL provide any kind of insurance. While reasonable safety features will be attended to during workshop proceedings, insurance coverage is a participant’s own responsibility.

3. Individuals are required to be in able physical condition to partake in the workshops. If an applicant has a chronic illness or disability which limits his/her scope of activity, he/she is strongly advised to only attend workshops in the capacity of observer.

4. The workshops are a forum for learning and positive cross-cultural exchange. Individuals are respectfully asked to refrain from using inflammatory language or behaviour that may be insensitive to others.

5. Illegal drug abuse, irresponsible use of alcohol, and any behaviour that is found to endanger the safety of other participants will not be tolerated.

6. Participants may be featured in archival photos, audio, and video footage of the workshops. While we appreciate a contribution of any written articles and/or comments by the participants and observers, ITL is the sole proprietor of all audio, video and written material about the project.

7. All information herein is subject to amendment at the discretion of the organizers.

ITL reserves the right to terminate a contract with a workshop participant if he/she is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions at any time. No refunds will be issued.
