While maintaining a strong international profile, we are also committed to playing a vital part in the development of the cultural infrastructure and arts education regionally.
ITL is running several programs designed to educate, entertain and support creative initiatives:
- The Retreat Lab is a program for theatre/performance artists who wish to develop or experiment with their art in an inspiring and safe environment. ITL can provide coaching/direction and workspace. All professional artists welcome. The Retreat Lab is also open to artists from other art forms seeking a retreat for a period of writing, research and self-development.
- The Open Lab is a program dedicated to the professional training of actors, in the form of workshops, seminars, master classes, courses of various duration, and individual work on audition techniques.
- Investment in Youth and Education offers training for potential young artists in a variety of formats (workshops, classes, courses, summer camps etc.). Larger-scope projects on a certain theme can also be organized, involving preliminary research, training and a step-by-step process to theatre creation.
- Community Outreach aims to inspire and entertain our immediate community by providing artistic management for theme-specific local events, or individually tailored entertainment packages for private events upon request.
- Art in Business is designed to guide local business owners through the Wonderland of Theatre with custom-tailored workshops, using creative tools and hands-on techniques to improve professional performance and relationships in the workplace. For our sponsors, we also offer management of promotional events or other corporate celebrations.
Rates are negotiated on a project basis.
